Patty Cake Charms LLC provides these beautiful charms for your celebrations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that your guests use them safely. 

• Cake charm come with small parts and children should be under adult supervision.
• Cake charms are not edible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all guests are made aware that the charm has been placed in their treat. 
• It is the customers responsibility to notify their guests to not eat their treats until the entire charm has been removed from the food item.
